How the photo process works.
1. Open the secure Carwise form
Use the button on this page to begin the external photo-estimate process.
2. Provide vehicle and contact details
Enter accurate information so the submission can be associated with the right vehicle and customer.
3. Photograph the visible damage
Include wide views that show the damaged area in context and closer views that clearly show panel, lamp, wheel, or trim damage.
4. Continue with the shop
Our team can explain whether an in-person inspection, disassembly, measurement, scanning, or additional documentation is needed.
Important limitation
Photographs cannot reveal every damaged component. A complete repair plan and final cost may change after an in-person inspection or disassembly exposes hidden damage.
