Six stages of a complete repair.
1. Connect
Call, book online, or start with a photo estimate so we can understand the vehicle and visible damage.
2. Inspect and plan
We document damage and research applicable repair procedures. Complete planning may require disassembly and measurement.
3. Coordinate
The repair plan, parts, authorizations, insurer communication, and transportation needs are organized before production.
4. Repair and refinish
Structural, body, mechanical, refinishing, scanning, and calibration operations are completed as required.
5. Reassemble and verify
The vehicle is reassembled and checked for fit, finish, function, cleanliness, and completion of the documented plan.
6. Delivery
We review the completed repair with you and explain applicable CARSTAR warranty coverage.

The CARSTAR repair journey typically follows these stages. Timing and sequence may vary based on vehicle damage, parts availability, insurer authorization, and manufacturer repair procedures.
Why timelines can change
Hidden damage, parts availability, insurer review, supplements, manufacturer procedures, and required scans or calibrations can affect the schedule. We focus on clear updates rather than promising a date before the full plan is known.
